Eligibility for Returns

• Items damaged or defective on arrival are eligible for replacement.
• Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging for return.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• We will take the returned product back with us and issue a refund to you by way of a discount coupon of same amount that can be accrued on any product on our website.
